These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the web design and hosting services provided by Contractor Web Design Hosting, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before engaging our services.

1. Services

Contractor Web Design Hosting, LLC agrees to provide the client with web design and hosting services as detailed in the specific service agreement or proposal. These services may include, but are not limited to, website design, hosting configuration, performance optimization, and related web services. The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be explicitly defined in the service agreement.

2. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide Contractor Web Design Hosting, LLC with timely access to all necessary information, data, and resources required for the provision of services. This includes access to website backends, advertising accounts, and analytics platforms. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials provided to us.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be outlined in the client's service agreement. Payments are typically due on a recurring monthly basis, in advance of the service period. Invoices are payable upon receipt. Late payments may result in a suspension of services and/or late fees as specified in the service agreement. All fees paid to Contractor Web Design Hosting, LLC for services are non-refundable.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information, including business strategies, client data, and campaign performance, strictly confidential. This obligation extends beyond the termination of the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Any pre-existing intellectual property of either party shall remain the property of that party. Any new materials, content, or strategies developed by Contractor Web Design Hosting, LLC during the provision of services shall become the property of the client upon full payment for the relevant services, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Contractor Web Design Hosting, LLC strives to provide the highest quality services, we do not guarantee specific results, such as search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue increases. The web design and hosting landscape is constantly changing, and outcomes can be affected by factors beyond our control. In no event shall Contractor Web Design Hosting, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

7. Term and Termination

The term of the service agreement will be specified therein. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, typically 30 days, as outlined in the contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the effective termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Contractor Web Design Hosting, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Amendments

Contractor Web Design Hosting, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued engagement of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
